Remy Martin VSOP, Mature Cask Finish, Cognac Launch - 17th January 2012
Remy Martin were launching their new VSOP (Mature Cask Finish) cognac and held a private dinner in the Massino Restaurant at the new Corinthian Hotel London for a number of their distinguished clients. They had head chef Massimo preparing a huge meal, with each course containing the cognac in different forms. A very intimate affair. Here are few images I got over two evenings.
