Cointreau Academie - 6th December 2011
Held at the pop-up Cointreau Prive venue at Piccadilly Circus, 20 top London bar tenders were invited to celebrate and learn about the long history of the mother of triple-sec's, Cointreau. They even had the great-great-great-great-great grandson of the founder himself, Edouard-Jean Cointreau. It was one of the hardest jobs I've had, photographically, due to the 'mood' lighting - it was just so dark. But are a few passable images I captured.
